You know it was all about the set-piece delivery for Radders goal! After finally finding the place I enjoyed the second-half after my sight-seeing tour of the a3 Kingston bypass the first half. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

 

Shame really I did not get longer as it took me 25 mins to get going and up with the tempo in the game second half!

 

Oh and Marin - forgot to give you any money for the ref - how much do I owe?

It's funny, I've got home and seem to have selective memory from this game. I remember putting in a great cross for Kirby's goal, and I remember scoring a smashing volley from Boxall's lovely free kick.

 

But then you lot mention a penalty which I have no recollection of. I've heard loads of nonsense about Paper, Scissors, Stone and me blazing it over the bar and I'm just lost. I think you guys are just messing with my mind.

ah so i guess the windsor side will chicken out now. yes that's right we manged to get 10 and a half players together!!!

 

I was all set up to do my best Roy Keane impression aswell reminding me of my glory days on 2000 when i was nicked named 'super sub' ho hum maybe one time i will come out of retierment and show you lot how it's played for real

If anyone wants an idea of how the supporters game went, there were a couple of examples in the FA Cup games yesterday where it's possible to draw parallels.

 

Example 1 - The goal that Stelios scored against Arsenal was exactly like our first except it was the opposite side of the pitch.....Radders crossing for Kirby to head home.

 

Example 2 - Did you see Crespo skying the ball almost over the stand from just in front of goal? Step forward penalty taker, Mark Radford! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

You know, normally I'd prefer to be compared to Hernan Crespo but on this occasion I prefer the parallel with Ricardo Gardner!!!

Woody, you will need a lot more than ten and a half, we had fifteen and rolling subs and pretty much everyone picked up a knock of some sort. And most of us play five-a-side regularly.

I know , thank god played 90 minutes today that + huge flu = very sick and painful marcus (but i scored again..... and WASNT ALLOWED TO TAKE A PEN AGAIN!!! But it didnt matter cos....this time our pen taker scored it)

I hope my performance on Saturday won't get me kicked off the team. Honestly, 35 years ago I was pretty speedy (and I had played for an hour the day before).

Not at all. Another very sturdy defensive performance. It is not as if anyone in our back four (or six as it often was) is blessed with great pace. The next task is to line up more opposition.

Our biggest problem was not lack of pace it was more a lack of formation and shape. Overall though, I blame Radders!
