Well played to the AFC lads who ran out "narrow" winners in the supporters match this morning. Game played in a good spirit.

 

For anyone interested in the outcome we were doing ok until Radders blazed a penalty so high over the bar it actually hit a passing aeroplane. After that we let our heads drop a bit and they sneaked it in the closing stages! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

I honestly believe there 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10th were offside and the 1 + 3 involved a foul on the keeper...

 

But fair play to them they had a decent centre back and a decent forward and were a nice bunch of lads.

Radders did manage to get on the score sheet though although he nicked it off my toe. I was about to blaze in a right foot volley. Hope all the knocks are healing well - although my worst injury seems to be from Webby elbowing me in the head after our equaliser in the "real" game.
