AFC Supporters v STFC supporters

Have confirmed this match on the 28th January 2006 with kick off at 10.30am. They play on playing fields adjacent to the Kingston by pass. The cost of the pitch and the ref is 65 quid so it will be around about 2 quid each.

 

Everyone who is interested in playing please confirm to me either on here or via PM or email.

 

I would expect to have a get together/training on the 21st prior to the Margate game so if those interested could be available that day as well that would be great.

 

As self appointed player/manager/captain I will have to be ruthless if the numbers interested get out of hand but will obviously see on the response.

Good point, Tom. On the assumption that Kay and the kids wont want to stand around and watch us get thrashed and will come down later, I'll have spare places in my car.

I can play if needed, although if there are more people than last time, I'll let others have a go. I would suggest no more than 13. It's not a good idea to have to stand on the side for long stretches in the middle of winter, which would be the case if we had more than two subs.

 

And are there changing facilities/showers, etc?

Evadne, I think we all agreed that you were our man of the match last time out, I have a feeling you will be included in Gaffer McCabe’s plans!

I had you pencilled in to the starting XI Kevin - so hoped you could make it! At the moment we have fewer than last time although I am still waiting for several to confirm (Gary, Boxy, Russ, Matt W and Ricky.) 10 confirmed so far. I will double check with regards to facilities but I am fairly certain there are.
