Only keeper I know of to get booked at Basildon for holding up play because there were two balls on the pitch!

me and the family are fine.

my wife should be giving birth to my daughter in the next couple of weeks so i will have my hands full for a while.

you will be suprised to know that i am NOT keeping myself fit, keeping myself FAT is more appropriate !

i pop on here now and again to see how u lot are and im always looking out for your results as i hold enfield town football club very close to my heart even though i didnt handle my departure very well.
