Hi, just wondered how Benno was doing? Is he still getting injured or is he playing regularly?

He just came back this week. Shouldnt have been on the bench but injuries called for him to be there. 8 minutes into the game he had to come on for yet another injured player - Paul Sturgess. He played admirably carrying an injury and when he has played has been influencial. With the departure of our influencial, best player and with 11 players out injured, he will almost certainly be the key man. A great player.

Agree he's a great player, just very frustrating to see him break down all the time. I really hope he can get rid of these injuries because he can offer so much. What was he out for last time? With us he always had ankle problems.

This was a groin strain. He told me that this was frustrates him so much, it's not like he keeps repeating the same injury, but keeps getting different ones.

 

None the less he is a class player, and I pleased to say that he is very settled at Stonebridge Road. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cool_shades.gif" alt="" />

Well we wish him and you all the best for the rest of the season (especially when you play Farnborough!), always gave 100%, boy do we miss him!!! Hope to see you next season, at least Canvey aren't running away with league........;-)
