hi, i'm new

hello all

just started this season to follow the fleet, ive been to nearly all home matches and was thinking of going down to exeter to lose my away virginity.

but had a couple of questions that maybe some of you more experienced supporters may be able to advise me on

1. how many fleet fans are anticipated making the journey?

2. what are exeter like? am i likely to get my head kicked in?

3. will the barmy fans with there drum be going down?

ok thats all i can think of for the moment

1 Possibly about 60-80.

 

2 You won't see anyone over the age of 15.

 

3 They will be there practising their anti Canvey songs.

Glad to hear you are enjoying watching the Fleet.

 

There should be around 100 of us at Exeter on Saturday but unfortunately due to lack of demand there is no supporter's run transport.

 

Exeter do have a few morons but they tend to only appear when the other morons are in town (Aldershot etc).

 

The drum will no doubt be there.

I think we will be lucky to get 50 on Saturday as we have no mini-bus running and a fair few people are making tracks back to University etc.

 

I have visited Exeter a few times and had no trouble.

 

I hope you enjoy the trip and of course enjoy watching the fleet,its good to hear of new fans joining us.

 

The Trust try and run transport to most away fixtures, but our driver is on annual leave so we have all had to make other plans.

You will get used to the usual away tribe and learn like me to take no notice of those who think they have answers to everything and usually havn't a clue . Best idea is to make your own mind up and it looks as though you have made a good start by watching Gravesend.
