Sorry, I don't know where you got that idea from, but we are not doing commentary of the Halifax game. Just reports I'm afraid.

And another [****!!****]-up tonight on the 6-7pm sports programme.Andy Ford's interview was cut short in mid sentence because it was left until the very last few minutes.There is no excuse,as it was pre-recorded so they new how long the interview was

I'm sure there was an ad for it the other morning - certainly mentioned 774 MW and us - although I must admit I was only half listening so could have misheard.

 

And to have kept saying from 615 onwards that an interview with Andy Ford was "coming up" then only played it for 2 or 3 minutes at the end, with him being cut short, was not clever.

 

A "mystery guest" - being a Tonbridge Rugby Player, or some such, even got precedence over the Ford interview and got the preceding 5 minutes or so.

 

I guess the Ford interview was pre-recorded, given that it was stated that "there will be more of the Ford interview on tomorrows sports show", whereas the rugby guy was live in the studio, but thats scarcely an excuse.

It was pre-recorded, I spoke to Andy at about 5:30 and he had just finished it.
