As the game went on the "GATE" increasingly got better and generally began to get on top.

 

Brayley with a good cross from Standen had the ball in the net but it was dissallowed for off-side.

 

Taylor missed a sitter & hit the post when it could have been easier to score.

 

On the play "GATE" should have been 2-1 up but as it is its still 1-1, and the teams are just coming out for the second half.

Considering that ill be having an article about Margate's season for tomorrow morning after this game I dont really want it to end with having to report that Margate got beaten by the worst team in the league... Its hardly a signal to Thanet that we are worth backing.

As I am not there I cant really comment on players form but if as in other games we play with 10 men because of his inclusion & I agree we need 11 men out there not 10, then we are in desperate need of another player who can make an impact.I may be a little unfair as he may well be having a "cracker" so really I am a bit out of order here, but I know what you are saying GW.
