Crucial game on Saturday

The second half against Wimbledon was fantastic - even I was singing along throughout - had the sore throat to prove it the next day.

I guess at home games we're more spread out and with friends who don't have the blue & yellow stuff coursing through their veins like what we do. No-one seems to want to start up any chanting either, unless we're 3-0 up and they've had a few beers.

Another reason why the city fans don't make a noise at home is simply nerves ! It's hard to shout and bite your finger nails at the same time. After years of being on the 'fringe of success' (or worse) the city faithful lack a certain amount of self belief. But if we get a run going - then who knows.....................?

As you might be aware i recently received my fifth "life ban" since Gibson has taken over. So when i do get into the ground under a number of my wonderful disguises, i feel obliged to keep my mouth shut.

The other question is we have to be careful what we sing at home games because there is a small chance that Gibson will be there and heart what were singing. You cant help but feel as though if you swear tp much he may just bring the police down to sort us out.

Remember it was he(Gibson) that put a ban on drinking because one fan droped a can on the pitch at Hendon.
