..i see it uncle urchin.maybe thats one of the reasons i stopped going to romford.one thing i must say fantastic fans from hornchurch.and i was very upset with what i saw on the pitch from a romford team very poor i think your keper might have touched the ball twice in 90 mins.

i cannot see myself going to watch the blue and gold for a long time to come.good luck to hornchurch in there quest for the climb up the non league ladder.it looked to me that the romford players knew they where going to lose and just wanted to keep the score down.all very sad

Slingo, I'm sorry you didn't think too much of us on Saturday but I can assure you that we are rarely that bad. Probably a mixture of missing some of our best players and meeting a club who have the resources to bring in some of the top players in the ESL. You will recall we were in the same position not that many years ago. Hornchurch will probably go onwards and upwards and you will be able to continue to praise there wonderful fans. However, if they do ever experience the same level of misfortune as us, I hope they don't jump ship as quickly as you.

i am ROMFORD FAN AND NEVER JUMPED SHIP
i dont go to watch romford no more because of certain things.the praise i gave the hornchurch fans was ment that way a very funny bunch.also i was in the stand and after about 3 minutes of the game a romford fan was using language that should not be used in any walk of life and was told to SHUT UP by a hornchurch fan this romford fan was calling all the hornchurch players c..ts this in front off 2 young girls.i also see lightweights post on saturday night not good at all.at the end of the day i have a choice to watch or not to watch i choose not to attend romford games no more until i think the time is right.been there done that and spent £1,000 watching romford.i was sad to see a romford side playing like that and thats my opinion only.yes i hope hornchurch go onwards and upwards because there fans are a credit to the game unlike some of ours?

i was there in the good old days and not so good days. micky ross hat trick in the fa cup the romford lads on football focus and bret patience cleaning a window and boy was he proud of that.the bad old days of mr goodwin. yes football fans swear yes i did at games but calling players c..ts in front of 2 young girls not on and never will be.so mcp and zody come back at me when like me you can say you have done your all for romford football club.until that day please dont try to do me down because what you 2 know about romford football club i forgot this morning while cleaning my teeth

its a bit ufair bringing up that you were watching in 1962 when i wasent even born till the mid 80's but im been watching romford since there first game back against arsenal with dicks and lampard snr playing and i havent missed that many matches since then

Perhaps Slingo, we should meet up and have a chat on where the direction of the club would have been if you had continued with your help, Its a shame if your hard work has stopped due to the reasons why others dont help out, but only you will know the true, I for one enjoy my work at the club, most of the time and like doing any voluntary work there has to be a leader, leading by direction and guidance and other helping along the way, but in your case are you bitter that the club in the past was run by certain individials but now the hard work is being repaired and new blood making necessary changes, learnt by our involvement in running sucessful clubs, so the knowledge about Romford maybe limited for now but some off us are bringing it up into the 21st century, but I totally agree swearing in front of two young girls is not acceptable, I am told swearing only happens when it slips out, so to conclude, PM slingo or arrange a meet and we can discuss this further, but it be great having you back on board, but not to hear what happened in the past 60,s 70, 90's please as times move on as do people, speak soon
