Great to see lee sontag back..is there a better left sided player in the essex senior league?..

 

also just watched pen on video and was a pen..no danger..thinking about the game now the ref had a ok game..and i take back all i said about her..she was 10 times better than the ref last week at concord..roll on the 27th cant wait..i will be bringing mrs standard and 2 grandchild standards

..both making there bridge avenue debuts..

charlie is 7 and frankie is 4 and both have urchins shirts from santa..what a loverly club hornchurch is..

Firstly I think Hornchurch deserved the points. I wasn't upset with Romfords performance. I think they treated you with to much respect, but then again if they didn't prehaps we could of been on the end of a thrashing. I don't think the second goal was a penalty. DELETED SECTION but hey! Who's bitter, not me.

Cracking derby game.

Romford never really showed much potential, it was a stop start sort of game and a lot has been said about the ref, but I must say that she did not have that bad a game, I have seen a lot worse over the past few months!

 

Great to see Lee Sontag back from injury, he was only on the pitch for about 10 mins but showed what we have been missing over the past few months.

 

Great view from the stand,(unc can we have one, that big <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />) tea bar was a bit of a joke, 30 mins wait!

and it was bloody cold. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

 

3 points in the bag, A Happy Urchin!!!!!

I thought the ref was ok, barring over leniency on some of the usual pub side tackling from the oppo's, other than that no arguments. As for the pen, no point looking back, it was given, we scored and it made it 2 - 0.

 

See you next year Romford, that is if you're fans travel more than 2 miles to see the side.
