by the way you just made yourself look like a bellend because michael harvey(arrogant nob) was 'rugby' tackled outside the box and it didnt go unpunished you got a freekick

By the way, you're either blind or have a very warped sense of distance. Look again: Harvey rugby-tackled INSIDE the area

I await your apology...

Cambridge Womble, good luck in the pub league for the rest of the season. Pass on our best wishes to the hooligans involved outside the ground as reported above and to the moron who was in our end looking for it in the second half. 1900, your having a laugh!

Agree, the little bloke with the earing who was going on about getting on TV for trouble and was trying to stir things up - "go on mention Coney Hall and see what happens, we have some nasty boys" (when someone mentioned London Colney).

Also at the station, delightful skinhead who came up to us and said "you better not be St Albans" and then "it was me who had some at Dartford, it was me throwing the rocks".

Nice! This all sounds a little like Aldershot. There's a nice article in the programme about trouble and ejections. I understand now why so many Police were in the ground.

No doubt we'll have this every season once they've won the Kingston and District Sunday League.

I wasn't at the game so I can't add much to the debate.

However, a statto chum of mine has sent me two lists of numbers, as follows:

a]. 3002, 2754, 2563, 2642, 2464, 2445, 2745, 2528, 2093, 2470, 2693.

b]. 1868, 1930, 1720, 1140, 1068, 1953.

Shall we have a small quiz for a monday morning? Not too taxing, then.

Both lists are the official attendances for home matches at Mighty AFC Wimbledon for this season. One list is for League games and the other list is for cup matches where the gate receipts are shared with the visiting club. Here's the question: Which one is which?

[There will be a perfectly reasonable explanation for the difference in the numbers of course. Cup fever, probably!]

Good luck to you lot from AFC Wimbledon this season, not least as I have tipped you to win the Ryman in our "Grande Supporters Club Prediction Competition 2005/6".

200 mile round trip to watch county level football week in week out and I'm not a real fan? Good one.

As for 'spouting rubbish' I was merely putting the original poster right on a few issues. I accept we lost the match. That's football - you win some you lose some, though I think any Wimbledon fan at the game will feel understandably a little aggrieved following Ms Chapman's performance.

You can't make attendance-fiddling accusations and not expect some sort of reprisal. Perhaps when you know what's it's like to have 2500 people at your home games, you'll think twice about telling us how many were there.

I'm quite frankly amazed at some of the comments on this thread. This is my last word on the matter.

Just been reading through this thread and i am at a loss for words at some of the things on here. There was no trouble outside the ground,i stood at the entrance for 10 mins after the match and there was no trouble whatsoever. As Cambridge womble said to you earlier ,go to http://donsonline.co.uk and go to the video section .Look at thenumerous rugby tackles by your players, look at the clear penalty that was not given,Unfortunately the clear handball in the area was missed on cam.The ref was a pile of you know what. You was very lucky and for a club that is high up the CS league then we have nothing to fear as we ran you ragged and you could see the fear in your players faces. As for 200 fans comment earlier ? Please go to specsavers as there was about 70 of you there.

I hold no grudges and saygood luck in the future.

That's because it happened some 45 mins after the game finished. Try telling our two supporters, who were kicked in the head by three thugs in King Henry's Road whilst walking to their car, that there was no trouble. Are you at a loss for words, now? Ring your local police station. I'm sure they'll tell you all about it.

if you lot are near the top of the confrence south then that must be a pretty [****!!****] league. We totally out-played you, what did you have 4 efforts at goal? 2 penalties not given. How many fouls did your cb get away with (although I admit Harvey was lucky to stay on the pitch).

Your scum fans obviously didn't know any St Albans songs as it was the same old, predictable, boring MK ones zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Can't believe we lost to such a pile of poo.

Confrence South you're having a laugh.

I actually didn't mind your club before Saturday but now I hope you lose every game you play, not because we lost, we'll lose again, many times, but because of your so called "fans".

Total nobends whose only intention was to try and wind up our fans from the start.

You, little boy are truly the Loser.

???? I was up in block J with my wife and at half time was `approached' by three AFC `supporters' and in no uncertain terms told to go and sit somewhere else.

I suppose I must have imagined that, just as I imagined that St.Albans performed well in an AWAY , CUP game in front of some fairly hostile supporters. And also that having been to that ground probably more times than most (having previously been associated with Kingstonian) I am 100% confident that there were more than 1900 there.

I could easily say that as you are near the top of your league and `supposedly' one on the non league giants (you certainly charge permier league beer prices)that you were not better than you were.
