Summary of today

No issues with the Urchins, Danny Cowley was effective, Kingy was suprisingly average.

 

Not the best top of the table side I have ever seen but well orgain ised. We gave it a better go second half and we just starting to make you worry when the ref gave that very iffy pen. I will not go into the ref's performance because that will just go on and on.

 

Thanks Uncle for a generous contibution to our raffle & ground fund. Pitty more of our own supporters could not have done the same.

I agree with Boroman to a certain degree iffy pen and Hx far from convincing but I would also say Romford are a very poor side, route one is ok but this was Sunday morning pub side route one.

Yeah their position in the league table is very flattering. Bowers gave us more opposition and Brentwood and Stansted. Very poor side

I would say rumford are the worst side we have played this season..micky in goal never had a save to make..our back four had an easy afternoon..all said and done 3 good points and with burnham dropping 2 points..a nice weekend all round..chelsea to beat arsenal on sunday ..HAPPY DAYS

Have to agree with Standard the worst side we have played this season, we know trying to kick the lads is the only thing some teams can do! I thought Burnham were poor but this lot were awful and didn't play football!

today was [****!!****] mental,proper local derby,big crowd,players knew it,this was proper footy,we done the job,they didn't get out pur half,but we didn't look the best,but we are at least 8-10 points clear,bring on the rematch,it might even be for the title,who knows??
