moaners!

A great win yesterday, thought hakki and barras were superb, and how does browne get away with clambering on an attacker instead of jumping to head the ball?!!?! Canvey's goalkeeper was superb, and he sportingly applauded us as well.

the moaners? Well i am sick of them, you could hear them during this game, and generally during anygame we are palying.......as has been said before on this forum, the two old boys were moaning when we beat wealdstone 6 nil!!! the irish sounding one, his name is mick, by the way, is an old friend of ours. one game he was giving danny bolt stick, in fact danny was having a blinder, but all we heard was 'get bolty off,' over and over again.......and guess who scored?!?!?!! About 8 of us instantly turned and pointed shouting "get bolty off" whilst pissing our selves...he went to take his coat of to fight us..this made us laugh more..and when ..guess who (ha!) was made man of the match old moaning mick stormed off!! At the end of season do, we found the irish man shaking bolts hand saying how great he was and he was his favourite player...we shouln't have been suprised, as the season before he started booing Ansil Bushay as soon as his name was mentioned on the tannoy.....come end of season, who was rammed up Ansils [****!!****] saying how great he was!...

We sort of got used to mick and his moaning, it was like background noise, but if ignored he went quiet....but.

At the start of last season, Mick was joined by Ray, and the moaning is at a new peak ! Hearing what they say( when i say "they", i mean one makes a comment the other repeats it word for word) it seems that they have never kicked a ball in their life, some of their quotes are hilarious!! So it looks like we are stuck with our very own version of taylor and neal, come on , it wouldnt be the same without them...........would it?

god i have rambled, my main point for this is i resent being told how to support slough! If i wanted to sing or chant i would stand with the ones who sing and chant.

it was like being back at wembley when a bunch of us got booed by the crowd for not joining in the mexican wave, during the england italy world cup qualifier.

I dont begrudge the singers but it is my choice to stand there not singing, just as it is micks choice to stand there moaning. i for one , when watching slough, am not concerned "if the right side" is singing, iam there to watch the game!

i havent been on here for ages, so there is one other point, when we palyed totton in the replay, a few supporters made remarks about tottons racist fans........unfortunatley it didn't stop some of our fans(including some of the fans saying totton had racist fans) making corner shop comments and others of that ilk to the asian linesman.....did i miss the point that day?!
