just watching the itv news and it seems that 2 out of 3 pubs in the uk have positive air and smooth surface tests on cocaine use...

 

the banks tell us that 6 out of ten 20 pound notes tested gave cocaine traces on them....even the old bailey... the royal courts of justice and the house of lords have failed the tests....
