you forget I struggle to get MK local papers, never mind Enfield Town local papers,

 

save me a few and I will raise it with our trusty press officer

Also i noticed that all three Enfield papers (when i buy them) all report on Cheshunt games,but Cheshunt papers do not return the complement and report on Town or EFC games.Occasionally one may have result and a line or two, but that it.

I used to buy a Gazeete every week for over 40 years, on th eprinciple that if anything actually happened in Enfield I didn't want to miss it.

 

It didn't.

 

I now follow the same principle in a small town in Yorkshire.

Haven't bought a Hertfordshire paper for some time then have you Lovely Stuff.

Dec 9 - Mercury Headline - "Hosts are sitting ducks" refering to Town beating Sittingbourne.

Dec 16 can't find the paper right now but the headline was something like "Town starting to bite as big as the bark" Refering to the 3 - 0 win over Barking and East Ham

Some of us have worked very hard to get the Mercury on board please don't P*ss em off

This season we have had 3/4 of a page including pictures in the Mercury when we whooped Waltham Abbey so I think that is pretty reasonable. The previous year you might have been right but not this.
