With Charlie going off injured it was suprising to see Slatter introduced and Jukebox stuck up front - with Luke Moore on the bench.

Yes - certainly very strange to see Liam 'do a Manny' on Moore, given how much he's been singing his praises.

Nigel Clough seems to think they were done out of at least one penalty :-

Burton Albion boss Nigel Clough believes Dale Anderson should have gone down after he had his heels clipped by Gravesend defender Brett Johnson on Saturday.

Instead, much to the frustration of his manager, the striker stayed on his feet, denying the Brewers a penalty and a fifth consecutive victory as the clash ended goalless.

Clough told the Burton Mail: "We thought we had two other decent shouts for a penalty, but Dale not going down was the most frustrating incident.

"It would have been an absolutely clear penalty but when Dale had been touched, he was too honest and stayed on his feet because he thought he could finish it himself.

"But there are few situations in a game that are better than a penalty. If we'd have got that one and it had gone in, we would have been ecstatic."

How charming to see a manager advocating cheating.
