Firstly if it was I wouldn't watch it...why break with tradition ??? I say stick to grass.

 

Secondly wouldn't the players be slipping everwhere and they may get some nasty paper cuts!

 

Also I fear the Japanese may have an unfair advantage and may use some origami techniques on the other teams.
