A funny old week!

Recommended Posts

It started last Sunday with a televised FA Cup tie at Worcester City which thankfully the Terriers progressed through by the slimest of 0-1 margins, despite having a player sent off just before half-time.

That evening the 3rd Round draw brought the prospect of a 'draw to die for' and incredibly it happened, Chelsea at Samford bridge - Bloody Hell - Brilliant!

Tuesday night was an excersion into dreamland, when we were Leading 0-2 at MK Dons with ten minutes to go! And then it happened! First 1-2, then 2-2 and then (for christsake) two men sent off in injury time.

So here we are, three key players suspended in a 'roller coaster week' and it's Bristol City the pre-seasons favourites for promotion tomorrow! Bloody Hell!

Don't you just love football?

Good luck at Burton my Fleety mates!

It's only (I say only( £25 a ticket which is reasonable since they're usually £45 (or so I've heard).

The last time we played them at Stamford Bridge in 1999/00 we gained 0-1 victory in the League Cup, with a glorious 35yard piledriver from Kenny Irons. Gianluca Vialli was their manager and they had a fair share overseas players i.e. Di Matteo, Zola, Desailly etc. Can't see history repeating itself this time to be honest but I want to be there just in case!
