THE LAST COACH.......Update!!

Coaches for away games to Grays,Cambridge & Gravesend are secure and paid for but the CRUNCH will come on Saturday 11 Feb against Southport and again on 4 March when we travel (hopefully) to Scarborough when these journey's require 2 drivers becuase of the time on the road, and as such are very expensive.Hopefully if we can fill one or more of the above more local one's then the farther afield journey's won't become a problem.

 

It has all been said on here about what great fun these away day's are and it was nice to see Dick Marshall of the ECHO shouting the importance of the away support for the club/team in general,if we are to progress as a force at this level.

 

It is interesting to see that Halifax our visitors this saturday are charging £28 to their supporters compared with our £15 for the same round trip.

 

I would like to announce please that the coach/coaches to Gray's on 27/12 will be £10 only and £15 kids with a parent, so that anyone who may have drove might now consider the coach bearing in mind that it will be extremely busy with on-street parking only, and for those who fancy a drink before the game our own clubhouse will be open from 11am as there will be no way of grabbing a beer at Gray's since we are segregated, and rightly so given the expected size of the crowd this day.

 

If everyone who regularly or has in the past used the coach then please make an extra effort on this one and Cambridge on new years eve and try and drag a mate along or perhaps an extra kid (still only £5 each no limit per adult) so that we can maintain the existence of this service week in, week out and not only for the odd cup game now and again.

 

It is far to important to CIFC for the coach to fail so let's build up these games and fill-em up. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bisou.gif" alt="" />

First coach to Grays sold out and filling second one fast.

Cambridge coach also doing really well for new years eve.

Should be Grays biggest home gate of the season and we shall outsing and outplay them big style.
