the seedings are right,they are done on a points system since the 94(not include) world cup.

brazil=64 points

england=51 points

spain=50 points???

germany=48 points

mexico=47 points

france=46 points

argentina=44 points

italy=44 points

 

u.s.a just missed out on 43 points

holland only had 38 points

i think it goes on games won in qualifing games as well,don't forget france have done nothing in major comps since 2000

the co-efficient is a funny old points system.

 

it has scored the 2002 world cup twice as heavily as the 98 world cup & also takes into account the rankings between tournaments.

 

who knows, if ingurlund had managed to beat norn iron, they may even have been top seed?
