masters or parkin

i noticed that there was a little piece in the non league paper about Parkin and saying he felt he didn`t deserve to be dropped. I have only seen Masters twice but don`t think he is any better than Parkin

the idea was to rest parkin for a bit wasnt it, seeing as he plays every first and reserve team game before masters came along

either way he has been dropped just seems strange to rest a goalkeeper when the replacement in my opinion is no better than who he has replaced.

Masters wasn't bad yesterday but was poor against Folkestone and not great against Hendon or East Thurrock. Apparently he also has a problem reacting to baiting from oppo fans. Personally I would rather revert back to Parky now, but after a win like yesterday wouldn't expect any changes for next week.

We can't have a goalkeeper on loan and not play him otherwise his club will take him straight back. If that's the case Parkin will have an unopposed first team place and his form was terrible up to the point he was dropped.

 

We also need to consider that if we leave Masters out then the Moose would possibly go back also and we don't want that at the moment. I like Parkin but I think he should continue his spell on the sidelines for now.

I think Parkin's the better keeper on his day but agree entirely with ian on this. You've got to try masters out while he's on loan and he did have a good game at the weekend.

Well my vote goes with Parky, but agree not point having a keeper on loan and not playing him, esp as he seems to be in a package with Moose-- who is superb
