Great second half. Increased the tempo and despite going 2-0 down in the first half, we were creating chances.

 

Carbon had two one on ones saved in addition to the goal disallowed. Great response to the disappointing game on Monday.

INCREDIBLE, at half time i didnt even think that we were capable of scoring let alone winning. First half was [****!!****] to be honest but the second half was amazing where did that performance come from, the half time team talk definately fired the team up. Well done Eddie and the lads, Up the Rebels

Well done Slough, just when we were cruising it 2-0 up at half time you came back with such gusto to win the game. It didn't help us that we lost one of our best players but it was when he went off with an injury after being badly fouled that Bromley totally lost the plot in the last 30 minutes. See you in February and by that time we will be back on track.

*CLICHE ALERT*

 

really was a game of two halves. Bromley could have had 6 goals rather than the two they scored in the first half, while we created little and had a fairly decent penalty shout turned down. Second half... well I don't know who said what but we came storming back. Josias had two one on ones which were well saved by the keeper plus a goal disallowed for hand ball, a pinging Ballard (?) half volley from a corner was well saved, Hodges hit the post before slotting home the winner. I can't stop smiling BUT this result counts for nothing if we don't beat Harrow next weekend. We've got a bit of momentum, so let's keep it going
