I have never rated Omoyinmi as much as others that contribute to this forum, too small and too lightweight for rigours of the Conference in my opinion. However I obviously wish him well at Lewes.

My concern is that the club appear to be getting somewhat short on players. Unless we are going to rely on loan players for the rest of the season, lets hope that Daish has got some new signings lined-up when the transfer window opens in January?

The transfer window opens in a month. The loan signings Liam has brought in all last until then - cannot see what the problem is. They all look as good as, or better than we have at the moment - when you consider they are keeping the likes of Sodje, Skinner, Jackson, out of the team, and we have Slatter, Moore, Prothers, MaCarthy, Porter all waiting in the wings.

Don't think it will, Jimmy. As WVN rightly said, Manny wasn't really built for this league.

Most of the best strikers are just short of 6', quick, good in the air, upper body strength and have broad shoulders enabling them to shrug off neanderthal defenders.

Mamny only fulfilled 1 of that criteria.

MacDonald, Sodje, Johnson, however, are all in this bracket.

You are right C.G. most of the forwards in this league are big and strong and most of the defenders are picked to cope with that kind of attack. If any side is capable of attacking on the ground with fast skillful forwards then they have negated the strengths of the opposition defence immediately.

Unfortunately, as we have demonstrated on many occasions we are not terribly good at playing the ball on the deck.

MacDonald ... in this bracket.

I wouldn't say he's 6 ft, infact he's 5ft 9, so a fair bit off it.

Maybe your generalisation is a little too... general

I'll be honest in saying, apart from twiss whom I was reading about in NLP today, (and ofcourse Macdonald) that I have no idea about the physique of these players (You can say all you want, I have a bad memory, or I don't really look at their players, I look at ours,) but I will take your word for it.
