Lee gets my vote everytime. I really cannot understand why he is not playing at a higher level but obviously as a Canvey fan, I am selfishly glad about that.

 

It is funny but when surfing the internet recently I read articles going back over a couple of years where Lee has been linked with moves to Nottingham Forest, Swindon Town, Southend United (perish the thought!!!) but he is still playing in the Conference. I also read about a move to Dagenham but forget that as it would hardly be a step up would it?

 

I know he suffers with Crohn's Disease but surely as he is still young clubs must run the rule over him and goalscorers are worth their weight in gold. It really is a mystery to me.
