How long?

How long do you give Eddie to put things right?

Do you get rid of him now so a new manager has time to turn things round or makes a worse job of it?

Or do you let him continue till he turns things round with the risk that things remain the same?

I have to admit that I am starting to lose patience, especially after seeing him wait till the 87th min to bring on Millar.

We are now in 18th place and Hendon have 2 games in hand and are only 1 point behind us with a better goal difference - so in reality we are 19th!!!!!! - in the bottom 4! - in play off position for relegation!!!

It is NOW that important and telling decisions need to be made, and they may mean staffing changes.

Does the Management team have the skills to make these changes or are we destine to go down with Windsor?

I have a question for you, who would have have take his place and who would want to take his place?

Would you work with a small budget and with a chairman that has no experience in football and little contact with the club?

I'd think not.

The club has a recent history of appointing from within and there is pretty much a guarentee this will happen - in which case who is going to take over?

Many people say West isnt the right person to take over, so that leaves who?

I do know how big the problem is but as you might know the club doesnt exactly listen to its fans when it comes to decisions like this, so you suggesting it needs blood isnt going to make much different.

You can keep on spouting endless crap if you want but noone of any importance is going to listen.

The resources HE brought to the club!

He has had long enough

Slough Town FC RIP - killed off through inexperianced management who only made subs in the last 5 mins of games!

God you are a drama queen sometimes!

Tonight was dreadful and a real low point for the club however I don’t see how getting rid of the manager and therefore stripping the team down to its bare bones (because that's what would happen) would achieve. I agree with Ian, Matt and Tom, Eddie should be given longer to get us out of the position we are in.

Have faith, for a little longer anyway!

Resources he brought to the club, but of our squad, Metcalfe, Wilkinson, Hodges, Mousinho are unavailable, and Harris isn't fully fit.

Not saying I disagree with you on everything, as I have stated that someone needs to be brought in to the club on the coaching side, and that several players aren't good enough, but with players like the above missing, most teams would struggle.

Doesn't excuse the fact that the 11 men on the field couldn't string two passes together of course... which is why the coaching needs to improve - I just can't see the point in sacking the manager at this moment in time.

Yes tonight was bad, but Eddie going would be foolish only add to our problems. I know i've said it before, but WE NEED STABILITY!

Our problem is we have a small budget. The player's brought in apart from McCleary have been loans - ie Masters, Clark and Brooks and so we probably don't pay for them. I'm guessing we can't afford any more non-contract players on the Budget we have.

The team is lacking experience and it has not been helped with the injuries to our first-choice midfield Wilko and Mets.

I firmly believe when these players return that we will be ok, BUT saying that I think Eddie now has some BIG decisions and has to stick his neck out and get rid of some of the players who are not performing. Sadly some of the players are not up to this level and we need to find good replacments, as I think tonight was the final straw where a few players are concerned.

...and as for Millar coming on late, well he's not 100% and has a foot injury I'm led to believe.

...or join the Chavs in the car park and watch the whole match over the fence. While also drinking white lightining or alcopops and copping off with a 14-year old...

i think sacking eddie is the last thing we need, and a change in the coach may be better

one problem though, to bring in anyone, you need money, of which we have NONE! slashed wage budget will not help us get anyone decent
