The H-ch-fc decisions have been bang on if getting promotion is the target I.E getting out of the S.E.L use the best S.E.L players available, for getting out of the Rymans div 1 use the best R.D.1 players available, using players used to a higher division most times fails

Most promotions take attitude in depth and you do not tend to get that with players performing in leagues lower than they are used to

You have set the target so forget cups etc and keep going
