does any one have any ideas to who the Confernce full back is who according to the Thanet Times, CK says " is set to sign by the weekend". It says transfer activity won't stop there,as boss Kinnear sets about rebuilding."I understand the dissapointment, but nobody is more dissapointed than me,"he said. "We have signed some decent players, there's no doubt about it,and we have to make sure others are availible. "We're after as many as possible, there is no set number. we know the type of player we want possible and we will get the ones in that we can ." Fans are voicing concern on the clubs message board, but the boss said: i can believe the fans are frustrated -we all are. " I could rant and rave and blame players, but we're on a hiding to nothing this season. "someone pointed out to me at the weekend all the top class players we had at the club just 18 months ago, including Sam Sodje who may be on his way to the premier ship in january."I don't know what the critisism is, but it deflects away from how difficult it as been." I thought i would highlight the article for you out of area guys there is more but i would only be repeating old copy. Well guys fame of a sort, the forum's got a mention in the local paper

Whoever the signings are, i hope that they are 'permanent',min. 2 year contracts, have been watched, properly interviewed, fitness tested etc.

The constant short term loan signings do not really do much good-look at James Smith-very useful asset but then called back(i thought loans were one month min). This time of year the chances are games are called off for bad weather so a loan signiung ends up playing 3 games.

First game plays a cameo20 mins as sub.

Next games plays from start for 70 minutes and looks promising.

Next games plays whole game and does well then immediately goes back to his permanet club.

No point in all that whatsoever

We need to build a commited and loyal squad and then CK and KR need to reprove that they still have coaching ability.

I don't want MFC to resort to the Gary Hill school of management where you just keep on signing new players and discarding a few until eventually, more by luck than judgement, you get players together who win a few games for you.

You can't help but notice that the club is not exactly promoting player shirt sponsorship this season.No-one knows whose going to be around.

Well does'nt that show how time just flies.

On other hand sort of confirms my point that you don't in practice get much productive work from one month loan signings.

Did'nt anybody look at our fixture list and realise that he would be cup tied for two games

I think we should keep on guessing conference full backs and see who gets it right.

Reading it again, it says conference-not conference national; so probably conference south standard.

If only we had signed resigned Darren Annon
