Anybody want to do an interview for BBC Radio Berkshire

The programme was entertaining, but I thought the consultants were a bunch of tossers (that no doubt earn a fortune in life) and i wanted to reach for the sick bowl when that prat was trying to make people dance in the woods. Most of the people taking part seemed decent and the manifesto is just common sense, especially the plant-something to-make-you-happy, but then i am a gardener. But i don't know if you could tell people who are in a dead end repetitive jobs on crap money, to have a flower and cheer up!

Osgood, are you saying when the Irish descended on Slough they were welcomed with open arms as well educated people? I seem to recall my Irish mates telling me when there parents came there were signs up on houses saying 'no dogs, no travellers, no irish.'

First generation migrants are on the whole gonna stick together, we all do (look at parts of spain where the english have descended on mass, how much do they mix with the spanish or learn the language?.) It's the next generation that start to mix - look at the Irish or black community. Our football club Crusaders was like the united nations.

Warren...you know full well where I'm coming from, comparing the migrant policies of the 50s and 60s to todays is quite pointless as the situation in post war Britain was completely different to the situation today, and I know someone as informed as you is fully aware of that.

I'm not advocating BNP politics but we both know the immigration policy of Britain is fundamentally flawed. I don't balme it for all our ills, I personally think the Liberal policies towards crime and punishment which have held sway for the past 20 years and have created the cancer of moral redundancy that is rife within Britan now, has caused far more damage than the whole population of Botswana turning up on the steps of Whitehall could ever do.

Anyway.....times and places spring to mind.....maybe we'll discuss it further over a Guinness at a game soon...just dont go away with the impression I'm only just left of Atllla the Hun, and I wont accuse you of being slightly right of Dylan from the magic round-a-bout!

HAVE A GOOD DAY ME OLD CHINA!

Anyway Warren, what was the show like? I'm afraid that last night I had a good helping of capitalism with the Dragons Den, followed by a healthy portion of Imperialism with the Last Tommy, and then went to bed with a pudding of social comment in the form of Martin Chuzzlewit (that's the book not the person!!)so I missed the show!...

Talking of language, it's 'en masse' -from the French I believe.
