Canvey Island FA Trophy Final Team Line Ups....

I am new to this site and wonder if somebody would be kind enough to supply me with some information please?

 

I cannot find the complete listings of the team line ups for the Canvey 2001 and 2004 FA Trophy Final teams. Can somebody please help? I'd be very greatful. Thanks a lot... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Yeah, where is the problem in writing a decent sized match report? Every week I look at the official site and think they're taking the mickey.

Being that observant and writing a good match report takes quite a lot of skill and knowledge.

 

Just goes to show how well written the old reports were - good and bad points.

Agreed, you only have to look at some of the reports on the BBC and Conference TV to show how wrong the people paid to do the job can get it.

From the 2000 FA Trophy winning team, apart from those who are still playing for the club (and of course Tilly and Stimmo) I wondered if anybody knows if the remainder of the team are still playing for anybody now? Adam Miller was on loan from QPR to Peterborough this year I know but what about Wayne Vaughan (last heard of at Grays) Micky Bodley (retired I had heard) Steve Parmeter, Micky Bennett, Andy Jones, Adam Tanner and Ian Thompson?

 

Also from the 2004 side, is Kevin Dobinson now retired or still playing at some level?

Wayne Vaughan is playing for Barking, Parms is at Cambridge City and Ian Thompson I think is now coaching in America after a spell at Maldon.
