It was most unfortunate that Grays lost - they had only one match to go to set up a new conference record for an unbeaten start to the season.

 

When Jon read out the score at half time you could hear the murmurs of sympathy all around the ground, though to an extent they were drowned out by the massive cheer that erupted at the same time.

 

So much so, that Jon had to read out the score again at the end of the match, just in case anyone missed it.

Obviously I wasn't there today, but I take my hat off to the APSA boys. They always seem to turn out perfomances that people least expect.
