yes I agree....most hilarious except for the large slice of indignation thnat you seem to be having difficulty in swallowing because she had the temerity to produce her own programme...and did it without the said illegally witheld software...

 

send her the cheque that you owe her and the software and I'm sure she may well negotiate a settlement with you..

If the prices were ridiculous, as you state, why do business?

I owe her nothing, the debt the other way is well into four figures as you may be aware.
