After what appears to have been a dreadful performance, i guess the fact that we had a 'new signing as a sub has got overlooked.

 

Notwithstanding the fact that he is the managers son, i guess he has some footballing ability,and is a new squad addition.He may just go on to have a great footballing career

 

I wish him well,and if nothing else did he at least 'look the part' during the warm ups.

 

Maybe this is one of the new signings especially as it is a well known name in Kentish football !!!

Michael you will be correct about the 'well-known name' teaser the club put out. Let's hope he does well.

 

There seem to be other new signings on the horizon, perhaps ex-Gate players. Personally I would love to see the class of Porter/Saunders/Leberl returning to the club, but who knows.

Funny about Mr.Kinnear junior. When I saw the teamsheet I first thought it was a wind-up or a joke in that maybe we didnt have enough subs therefore someone was having a laugh. But obviously later the truth was realised..I have seen him knocking up for a few games now but just thought it was one of those from the youth that were tittering on the edge of a role in the first team. Having not heard of him previously(sorry if I should have)I am amazed that he suddenly is thrust upon us without warning. What is his pedigree? Does anyne know? Or maybe he has come from the youth section after all.Dont know his age so maybe someone with more knowledge of him could enlighten us more please.

I spoke to Chris Jnr in the bar after the game, he's a good laugh and from what i have seen from him warming up he looks a fairly good player. He said that he was about to come on yesterday but Ellis was kept on instead. I would like to see him feature on tuesday then we could really see what he is made of.

Has a good shot on him i thought he was at dag & red as a youth i could be wrong, Looked a good lad warming up pre kick off last season.

He is a very nice lad, looks to have a mean strike.

 

He has actually not been a stranger to those that regularly went to Ashford, as he was often there warming up with the lads last year.

 

I dare say in the current climate on here at the moment someone will find something negative to say about him.

 

But I hope he will do well, be a chip off the old block, and develop with us to contribute to the team.

I went to Ashford regularly & did notice a young lad knocking up but I didnt realise it was him. Again just thought it was a youth player.

He has been warming up with the team for a few years. I would like to see him get a run out. I presume he's a striker.

I spoke to him recently and he said "yeah I'd love some new boots, the ones I have got are doing ok, just holding together, but I just ain't got the money,and those that are available, just aren't good enough" <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
