Nah, i cant be bothered. It just doesn't interest me. I am a Canvey fan and only really want to actually go to a game if Canvey are playing. Or West Ham coz they were my team from a little kid.

I watch on the TV, but i never really get it to it as much as i should do.

Besides, the only teams near me without a trek are Wednesday and United. Not as much choice as living in Essex. Its an absolute mission with public transport up here.

you can go and watch another team, it shows a little to much dedication if you will go without watching football. hell i will go and watch concorde if nothing else is on

I took the trip over to Vicarage Road last night to watch Watford v QPR. Watford killed them, QPR were so poor it's unbelievable. Finished 3-1, could have easily been 6 or 7.

And I managed to get in for Student, £10 saved which was a bonus!

Just noticed this on the morecambe website.

I know the club has junior teams but something along these lines - goalkeeper training etc. provided directly by the club, especially if some of the players were involved may prove useful.

Football in the community

My sons club manager mentioned some time ago that clubs like Southend offer free coaching and training courses. This gives them access to the kids that have potential and lets them track them until they are old enough to register. I know this is not probably a course of action the club will consider but for clubs like Southend this has been the way they have had to go. Admittedly this probably reverts back to full time and having the staff and organisation to back it all up.
