AFC Hornchurch have today released Lee Perry From his contract and transferred him back to Burnham Ramblers FC. Lee felt that he would have more chances of first team football at Burnham and we thank him for his efforts for us and wish him well in the future.

same here westy,i only give a toss about players that want to play for the club, from what i have heard he wanted to play for burnham before saturday and used this as an excuse to get away.

So he was left on the bench, wouldn't be the first player to be left on the bench, spoke to one of the other players last thursday and asked him if he thought he would start and he said no,because the players who will start have been doing the business but he was happy to fight for his place at hornchurch, thats the players i want, not someone who throws his toys out of his pram an hour or so before a game where us fans had travelled in numbers to an important game, its not fair on the other players, coaching staff and us.

sorry if i have spoken out of term but i have no time for that sort of behaviour

it seems that if he was put in starting line up he would of played!

Don't think it's my place to make any more comment on this particular case but as I've said before, this is a squad game and all those players who have not had a regular game, and they know who they are, have played their part in getting us where we are.

Without serious competition, it takes the edge off those who have the shirt, be unfair to name players on here but every game whether it be Capital, Lge Cup, Gordon Brasted or League has its merits and when I can go to places like Tilbury last week and see players playing to their full then it pleases me.

Keep it going lads your time will come and when it does you have to take it.
