Our washing machine at home is on the blink, so I had to drop a few bits and pieces off at the Laundrette on my way into work this morning.

 

"Service wash, Mr Jones?", asked the woman confidently as I dropped the two bagfuls of clothes off this morning.

 

I looked a little puzzled.

 

Turns out she recognised me from when I used to live in Harpenden a few years back!

 

When that happens to you, Gertcha, we'll speak again.
