But Colin went to great lengths to tell Paul what great mates he is with Jim.

 

Paul phoned me last night to ask if it was still happening, and I said yeah, as far as I know it is. Colin's not the type to let people down.

Fair enough. I have to say I take my hat off to Colin for arranging it.

Let me put you all straight!

 

I suggested to Paul that, to get a few more people through the door, I'd see if Jimbob might come down and do half hour, after all it is a charity close to Jims heart.

He pointed out that they had about 13 acts already so he would only get a 3 song slot like everyone else.

I respected this decison so decided not to bother asking Jim.

 

Maybe I'll ask him next time with a bit longer to arrange publicity!
