If you see this along the High Road tomorrow...

Great return! No i`m not a professional sportsman, however i am a professional coach, for which i am paid a handsome sum. Also i have only ever conversed with eastside twice in my life on this very forum. You would be shocked to learn that i am involved with coaching the future young stars at a london pro club, and i do attend first, second, and conference matches along with other non league games on the look out for talent.Well done for the 98 turnout. If you lookback, your comment at we have never dominated english footie is correct. However only a Man utd or Maybe a Liverpool fan of the 70`s can make such a bold statement.Certainly not a fan from the Kings Road! Good day Sir!

I have never claimed chelsea have dominated english football, we might be about to! I bow to your greater technical knowledge of the game, but as you will agree, you dont change your support for a team, but always fight their corner, in success or failure, i personnally have followed chelsea for a while and they never got close to a final for the first 20 years, but the last 10 have been fun, but no more so than the previous 20 although for different reasons.

No, the claim you make is that Chelsea are about to embark on a period of future domination! It matters not about my greater technical knowledge the point is that you and i both know that football is `a funny old game`and you would have to admitt that the chelsea shirts are now growing in numbers after each win.You also implied that i was a quote "Glory Hunting" supporter, which i am of course not and would not have supported any other team since that faithful day back in the early 70`s when my dad, thank god, introduced me to the gunners.I will leave you now with this. When you have, and only when you have really tasted success like the liverpool team of the 70`s and the Recent manc domination, will you be up their with the greats.Until that time, watch out for those boys from North London. We will be on a spending spree in January that will shake the rest of the Premiership.Until that day and i think that this will be your last year of real domination,i would be very careful of predicting the future.Good night and god bless to the glory hunting Blue noses!

As you say football is a funny old game, T.V money reducing, Henry leaving, a lack of success and a 300 million loan to pay off. It could be squeaky bum time for those at cashburden grove.
And if Wenger decides he can no longer compete, It could get interesting.

Arsenals revenue will shoot up with the sale of the flats and the increase in gate money. The only reason Mr Henry has not signed a new contract is wait for it,Mr Wengers suggestion, to put the board under pressure to provide the finances to spend big on bigger named stars, which is all Henry wants, and so does Wenger. When this happens in Jan 2006 Mr Henry won`t be able to sign quick enough!Watch this space.

Arsenal have 50/60 million earmarked for transfers.Wenger apparently now realsisae that it`s ok to shop in Tescos but every now and then it`s nice to shop in Harrods.Could be right about the last few signings,Lehmen,Van Persie,

Reyes,Flamini.Van Persie and Reyes will be good players Lehmen after some dodgy periods is doing ok.Flamini looks out of his depth.Add 4 major signings to that squad, releasing,Pires, berkamp,Cygan, almunnia, and maybe Lungburg replacing them with young potential and hey presto you have a squad ready to challenge again.

We will see, Arsenal do have great potential in their youth set up, but as Flamini is proving the potential is not always realised, you do need experience at the highest level too. Although i dont like him i think Van persie will prove an excellent signing.

I will believe you about the 50-60 million when its been spent.

The 50/60 Million will be spent in Jan and the summer. As i have said a mixture of big names and wenger specials will be added.Expect mr Roben to depart from your ranks with Old Trafford a possible destination. It will prove difficult for Chelsea to keep adding big names as their is no room at the inn.Maybe a big named c/forward in the summer.Could be that one of the talented young spaniards arrive to replace Roben as well.

We have not mentioned our friends from the north.Expect Martin O`neil to replace Sir Alex and for them to be a frorce once again next season.

Arsenal are resembleing a bit of a busted flush, untill Wenger can produce a plan B or C, they will struggle for consistancy.

Henry is looking for a wayout Veira his best mate has told him the grass is greener on the otherside. he knows there are no easy trophies to be won in England anymore.

As for Robben, if he is sold, it will not be to a rival.

Man Utd have too much work to do to be a force anytime soon. They are in more debt than Arsenal! and you need to go some to do that.

wenger never spends beyond his means, mourinho does but can afford to do so,bought the best wide player in the world(robben) but can't and doesn't know how to play him

as seen in seville this week, mourinho is as tactically unaware as wenger is,the only reason mourinho won the champions league was that arsenal, chelsea and moncaco at the time thought they had won it already and jose came through with a second rate side like the scousers did

this year either arsenal will win the champions league(which i doubt very much)]

or bayern munich will win it!

can someone tell me when henry is leaving,or are you just all guessing coz we have got the missing piece of your poxy jigsaw

guess what,no amount of money can prize thierry away because guess what "he is happy"

he is at a club that treats him right and don't pamper to the silly requests of chelsea

you are rightly a force in european football but until you actually do something and win at least the double i think you should button it coz you are just another english side striving for european success and you ain't doing too clever at the moment

Oh i see the super-grass has crawled out from whatever stone he was hiding under. I thought you were not coming on this board again! have you calmed down now having lost it completely the other night.

You should take up smoking again because its obviously affecting your mood.

As for henry he will only have a year left when he discusses his new contract, that will take 3 months by which time its january and then every club in europe will be able to speak to him. Barcelona look favourites at the moment, but dont rule out Juve.
