What changes to go forward?

With a third of the season gone.What area's need immediate attention to progress,lets open this topic to the floor.I know we have to take into account finances & transfer windows,but lets clear the air!

Strength in depth really. I think we have a good enough first team squad to beat any team in this league but as we have seen as soon as they are missing we can't compete.

 

We need to add quality to the bench, the players that you would call second stream don't appear to be good enough.

 

I think Daish has proved that he has an eye for a good player and is not tactically inept, his signings I have been particularly impressed with are Ross Smith and Danny Slatter; both coming from lower down the pyramid. I also like Bobby Bowry and Craig Holloway, these signings prove Daish has what it takes.

 

However we can not rest on our laurels, we must depend on others generosity when it comes to loaning players. If he could get another 3 Onome Sodjes we could reach the play offs.

Harry's right though - the lack of strength in depth is the key concern.

Sorry that was meant to come out a bit different. I didn't mean another three strikers with his quality; I meant another three players that play anywhere on the pitch with his quality and ability to do the jobs they're paid to do.

I think that we need to get a second string right back anf central midfielder.

What we have at the moment simply doesn't cut it.

I would play Bowry when fit as part of the first XI.

He's not flash but he's quietly effective.

Yes he is, but if you want to improve the team you sign someone good enough to replace what you already have not someone to sit on the bench.
