according to the tilbury programme tonight, they're thinking of re-arranging their away fixture with burnham ramblers for the 27th december, kick off 3pm.

 

what a cracking and original idea...

 

i realise this could have a knock-on effect on our own match with brentwood so would advise the hundreds and hundreds of burnham and tilbury fans out there to protest. protest and let your management teams know that if they wanted a boxing day match, WHY DIDN'T THEY GET IN TOUCH WITH THE URCHINS??!!!

 

it's hardly a secret we were desperate for a match, now is it???

 

vote with your feet & come to the urchins extravaganza instead. it's going to be legendary.

54, ACTUALLY, but lightweight felt he should not bump up the figures to make you look good and let in the other 500, the funny part to this is we both knew you would take the p!ss today so I rung him at 11pm last night to agree this story <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> honest

5 quid for adults

 

3 quid for oap's etc

 

1 quid under 12's

 

we may well do something for NTBD but it doesn't always follow that free entry brings people into a ground....(as rumatoid well know) <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

my own view is that we have excellent entry rates and good value for money...if we do a one off package on NTBD it should be aimed at more value for money (if thats possible <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />) rather than free entry...

 

we'll see what jen and jonno have to say about it .....

 

great turnout last night..I reckon about 90 of us...well done...
