This was a game played under difficult conditions but the best team won on the day.

 

Harlow took the lead through an excellent Gary Wraight strike after 30 minutes. It lasted all of 60 seconds though as Andrew Martin netted from a Steve Jones low cross.

 

Harlow scored the winning goal in the 66th minute when, after our defence failed to deal with a mis-hit volley from Danny Jones, Keiech Opara sent a low shot into the far corner.

 

A special mention to the Harlow supporters who were fantastic. They are welcome back any time.

Thanks for the nice words about Harlow's performances and the fans as well. While admitting that our language can be a wee bit colourful at times, we do try to enjoy ourselves in a non-threatening and non-abusive fashion.

I agree with all the above comments, and to the Harlow supporters, well done, you supported your team very well and kept the so called siren to a respectable level, by the way what purpose does it give? Apart from being quite plain to sea ! I give credit to the Hx groundstaff for the pitch was ok, in comparison to other games called off, I shall pass on these words to my boss, the armchair reporter Just one more point who's this young Matt Young?
