what he probably meant was instead of pussyfooting around making penalties fun he would smash the ball,if robinson manages to save it,then i am sure henry would be the first to save "good save" after the game

yeah but that is the way the french are,we all know that and you have had a few in the past,ginola being the obvious one

anyway he usually celebrates against spurs,the one i remember is the one at highbury where he took on your team and put it in the corner with his left after picking up the ball from his own area,then after scoring he ran all the way upto the spurs fans,slid on his knees and created one of those great photographic moments

I reckon that is confidence. Cantona was a much better player than Henry, and as for Fergie vs Wenger, no contest.

Cantona was without doubt a better player than Henry. In fact, thinking about it, Klinsmann was better than Henry too.

 

Henry goes missing in the big games. Just look at World Cup 2002. It's all very well scoring goals against Birmingham or Portsmouth, but he's yet to do it on the big stage.

Sorry far more to Zola's game more proffesional and without the thuggery of cantona + cantona struggled in euopean competition, thats something that could never be levelled at Zola.

his inter miland days wern't that good,but the italian league was a lot harder as a striker in the early nineties with their barbaric defending!

i can't remember if he won the european cup with ajax or not,but i think that was before his time

zola was the ultimate proffesional and a gentlemen,bergkamp displayed signs of petulance and anger at times but for me zola and bergkamp are the two greatest prem players,cantona is not even in their league,he was just a very good player in an average premiership(early 90's)

Zola might have visited more sick kids or whatever. Can't really comment on how he did for Chelsea in Europe, as the Cup Winners Cup doesn't really count.
