Arsenal back in the driving seat

Recommended Posts

same in waltham abbey were me nan lived till she passed away earlier this year, had her funeral and on the back of the hearse was the cannon, anyway as we were driving through enfield on the way to the crematorium some smart spurs fan shouted "another one bites the dust"

thats part of the reason i hate spurs(even though it was one bloke) just seems to me that spurs hatred for arsenal goes a bit deeper at times than it should, all because we had the cheek to move up north!!

I've got plenty of mates who are Arsenal, and half my family are too. I hate Arsenal for the usual reasons. I love it when they lose, [****!!****] up penalties etc. but can't be arsed with it when it gets really nasty.

That particular Spurs fan just sounds like a twat. We have a few, as do all clubs. Thankfully most of them sit well away from where my season ticket is.

how refreshing to read a gooner who’s been there and done it

your experiences of Woolwich echo mine at spurs but without the success haha, if only Rioch had stayed on instead of glenda recommending the french bloke...i also walked away when the premiership reared its ugly head

and yes i do know what it was like in the 2nd division

rovers 9-0 at home springs to mind in the ‘posh’ seats for sunderland at home sponsored by “football crazy” puffball snacks, southampton last game of the season ..the days of pitch invasions jumpers for goalposts etc etc

good discussion

long shot, u dont know steve thomas do you?

one of my greatest games was under rioch,it was bergkamps first season and we was playing bolton at home on last day and had to win to make uefa cup, bergkamp hit a 25 yarder in last minute to send us into uefa cup, place went into hysteria,i was standing on top of the exit tunnel and fell off, then went up the west end and pulled a couple of northern birds who we took to an aberdeen steak house who then done a runner
