As MFC and Wealdstone are both FULL members of the FA the ground regulations apply to all clubs..it is however down to the individual club whether or not they implement the regulations and if a club does not implement the regulations they must be prepared for the consequencies

If you look at that Wealdstone fan's site he has taken pictures at many grounds. I don't think the FA are going after those clubs, they have rather more important things on their plate.

Would you risk 20k per breach? I dont think the club wants to risk that at all. The damage to reputation as well would be a lot. The FA would watch HDP like hawks if they caught MFC out once.

what bloody rubbish watch any night match on telly and watch all the flashes of cameras going off.out club is going in the wrong direction discouraging fans from joining in the matchday fun and exitementin many ways.i have been going to hartsdown now for 45 years and even in the days of 3000 gates we never had these sort of problems.they are all caused by the enforcment of stupid and unnecessary rules.sort it out or there will be none of us us left mr piper

well, sadly the photos taken of the games were my memorys, without these all i/we have is distant thoughts....

 

as some one said to me last week ramsgate is a friendly club, maybe we should go there crazy as it sounds this is just whats going to happen if somthing dont change.

This is getting silly. Hundreds of fans bring cameras to matches all over the country. it is impossible to police.

I don't blame the guy from Wealdstone for not handing over his camera. I wouldn't have done either.

Of course we need ground rules, and they need to be enforced.

Basically the actions of one idiot has sparked this whole debate. I hope he is happy. I doubt if there will be a repeat this season.
