Cant get there tomorrow night but I wish the team good luck. Have to work till late so wont be able to help with updates either. Maybe someone who is going, who has a mobile could contact someone who is at home and between them could do this tomorrow night.

Am sure the game will be hard to get anything from but we can hope. Fisher will want some points back on the board after missing out on all 3 on Saturday so we must be prepared for a "BACKLASH". I really dont think we are sufficiently attack minded enough yet to cope with them & as much as I hate to say it I cant see anything but a defeat. Maybe 3 or 4 nil perhaps. Sorry for being pessimistic but I am just being realistic. Lets hope the boys make me eat my words. Theres always hope! Good luck the "Gate" anyway.

i think we will get punished if we play like we have the last several games, even tho i consider our best game so far was against fisher the reason for this i feel was because Berty Braley was playing. since then the team has lost passion? quality? drive? players? (somthing anyhow) and unless they grab a shed load of whatever it is we are in trouble, so sadly tho i would love us to win i feel a 3 or 4 nill will be the result.

unless we get a shed load of luck which is one thing we havnt been short on latly.

We have lost less games in the division than any other team though that may be remedied tonight, and so we should have with 8-9 men all falling back to defend. This in itself is not altogether a bad thing but as I have mentioned on previous occasions, unless we all go UP together instead of sitting back once the long ball has been made to our front men or man then that ball is consistently going to be coming back at us. No-one sprints up the park to support. It is only when we get lucky & get a throw in,a free kick or corner that we see them ambling up to support.

Sometimes we need to push up further which of course will leave us short at the back compared to our defensive strategy we have at present but at least we would be blocking out the attacks from oppositions in the middle of the park rather than in our own area.We wont be so tight at the back but we will be giving ourselves more of a chance with more bodies up to actually defend further up the field and to actually win the game by more consistent attacking.

Fisher have a terrific attacking force and if we let them play in front of us we will be overun but their defence is not so clever and when they are put under pressure they are not so good in that area so it is a must i.m.o.that we pressurise their defence and if we do that instead of holding back we could win this game by by possibly conceding a few goals but also by putting the ball into their net on more occasions they they do into ours. 4-3,5-4,or something to that nature. But it will be 3 points and thats what we are after. If we give ourselves a chance & dont respect them more than is nessasary then we have a fighting chance of victory.WE have to believe in ourselves and believe we can win the game. Forget their "name" forget that they have better squad players than us on paper. We must believe in ourselves more and believe that we can beat any team by pushing forward rather than sitting back soaking up the pressure & just hoping for the breakaway. Its no good going behind and THEN changing things, we must get out of the blocks quickly, get at them & keep getting at them.Prevent them from displaying their important assets, their attacking force.

Sadly we will continue to play safe, play defensively, and not give ourselves the better opportunities to win the game.
