I had another couple of requests at the weekend to start up a new EFM (ie. The Firm) football team, and get some friendlies.

 

If there's enough of the originals interested, I may well do that. We'll have to nick the kits back off The Beehive FC though!

If the interest is there, maybe we can try and arrange the odd match against supporter's sides on a Saturday morning before the proper match, a la Aylesbury a few years back.

In the glory days, all the City Youth Cup Finals etc were played at Clarence Park.

Shame nobody thinks that way now .... and since we won our first County Cup (now a total of 11 in 11 years) most of the finals have been played at the Herts FA ground at Letchworth.

All finals of all ages? Big Cup games? I remember when my mates were always playing at Clarence Park for City Youth for some cup game or another. I must be lying then obviously.
