MISA meeting

It was a good meeting tonight. Good for everyone to discuss the problems that have arisen in recent times and come to an amicable conclusion. Good to hear from KP about the resolution of the CVA and Im sure we all look forward to hearing more about future signings in due course. Lets hope that the next batch will help CK come up with a settled side to fight the rest of this season. Great to hear about the number of bookings (for events at the clubhouse, not cautions at games!) that MFC has had. Like the numbers coming from the accounts. Considering the number of one-off costs included there, there looks to be no problems at all.

I hope plenty of you have signed up to help the stewards out at games. Ill be sending a mini article to Simon Moores about what MFC offers soon.

Onwards and Upwards!

Further to last nights meeting it was a worthwhile evening in that we are now fully aware of the stewards numbers being understrength and to help out at difficult times I together with James have volunteered to become what I call "hidden stewards" in that we will make ourselves available in a more serious situation.I personally cant see this occurring or our help needed but you never know.So if there is anyone out there that would offer their services for such instances then please contact Ian(chief steward). This would be for more serious situations ONLY.

As regards players KP also stated that he would expect to see another "new face" in our line up on Saturday if not two(midfielders though no guarantees of such),and as he says players are still going to be coming in but at the same time players will be going out to balance things and until CK has the team he's looking for we will have to expect further changes to the squad, still. Its not ideal but thats the way it is.

I agree was a good meeting, I think all fans there are now aware of the stewarding problems and sure many of us will help them, as June said, in the background if we hear & see people getting out of order, by maybe having a quiet word with them.

I know absolutely nothing about this Boy George.

Bit surprised looking at midfielders with :

Deen, Mcgowan,Gradley, Keister. Standen,Sacha,

all of whom i rate highly, and CK only plays 3 in midfield anyway.

I think this years midfield is already better than last(thought AClarke was only average last year).

We will have a helluva midfield soon !! and would not want any of the 'magnificent 6' above to leave

Just a bit concerned personally about both the full back positions

True, but not up to Ryman laegue week in /week out.

Hope we can hold onto him,but in all honesty he is not a 50 game a year toughened /seasoned pro type ryman/conference player.

I don't think any of us have seen him play more than 25 minute cameos.

can he at his age and experience really be good enough for 95 minutes twice a week.

We need proven winners as they say to move us up the league.

No disrespect to Sesay who is a rising star but needs alot more development imo

What Sessay needs is more games under his belt, more chances to play the full 90 minutes.. Am sure he will be one of those cast aside soon and he HAS shown that he has good attacking talents when called upon. Its a crying shame that despite his age he is being overlooked. This is one player the club will regret not playing on a permanent basis and whevere he goes mark my words he will end up in the conference or higher. This player is a talent waiting to erupt but alas as with other past players this club will have lost out.Thats my opinion anyway.
