Oh but they are very interested, what you fail to remember is that your conduct even outside of working hours is of concern to your employers. Does not matter that it is just a 'cuddly toy', its still theft and the fact that you are keeping a stolen item on company premises.............

My conduct outside of work has nothing to do with my employers, I guess they'd get the hump if I turned up on one of the trains drunk and pulled the pass com but they are hardly going to sack one of their best and most compitent employees for theft of a cuddly toy with no proof, it's not like the police are involved.

Good point about stolen property on company property I'll take it home tonight!

You Scott on the other hand are very obviously abusing some sort of power, I'm guessing the information you're gathering on me shouldn't be in the public domain.

Like I said, only one person is preventing the return of the toy!

Does not matter, the wheels are in motion, you can take the said item home but its still been in your locker.

1. How is it a stolen item when it hasn't been reported stolen?

2. In the absence of CCTV in my locker how can you ever prove it was there!

 

If all the infomation gained is nice and legal then you will have no problem revealing your source

However fascinating for the casual viewer, don't you both think that this debate is being conducted in a rather inappropriate place. Apart from anything else, it will attract trolls who might enjoy making a bad situation worse.

a) How you found out my full name

How you found out where I lived and the name of my flatmate

c) How you found out where I worked
