Not in my time mate, but BT always win the league or thereabouts but never get promoted, rumour has it, so they can win the Vase which they never have!

AFC Sudbury is another.

We got knocked out by eventual finalists Berko about 5 years ago when they were a Ryman 1 and us Ryman3, I believe and under very trying circumstances Appo was sent off after calling one of his own players a .... and the ref thought he was addressing him. That game was postponed about 7 times in all and wasa replay to a 1 1 draw at Berko.

Berko lost to Whitby in the final at Villa Park.

On a serious note, I really can't understand why Wembley was rebuilt and the so called Olympic bid including another stadium in Stratford causing mayhem for 6/7 years.

WE also have Twickers but that is covered by local bylaws preventing footie played there.

It all seems so unbalanced to me but I'll setlle for the Met Line Urchins making a reappearance and all those special trains lined up to take the HX fans to Wembley Park.
