really dissapointing. they didnt even look that great but socred a top quality goal from luke cornwall. no one looks like they tried i understand that we had alot of players out but that makes no excuses. cracknell has been very dissapointing over the last 2 games. oh well lets hope for a good result on monday

That is the problem with no reserve team (apart from the obvious caretaker <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />) players looked very rusty who hadn't played for a while. Allman hasn't played since that Cambridge City game bar the odd 10 mins here and there and Cracknall has been out the side pretty much since the Weymouth game, as has Hakim.

Only one reconised centre back, although it could be argued that Seeby has played there on a number of occasions, in turn it meant we missed Seeby at right back.

No Clarke and Hann either, the two players that have really made us tick recently.

Players like Martin and Graham also had off days.

And from what I remember (I was very drunk) we didn't actually play that bad seems we are taking just one pass too many in and around the box and the long distance shooting is pretty poor!

Only 2 subs on the bench gives us an idea of how stretched the squad is so we can't even swap it around a bit tonight.

Like I said when we lost the first 2 this season, if anyone will turn it around Lippiat will so, despite two 4-0's in a week, I'm not that worried. Last time we lost 2 on the spin, we went 10 unbeaten, we can start that tonight at a out of sorts Thurrock!

 

Any chance of Maldini66 coming out of retirement with the impending suspension(s) to Scott Cousins?

I just thank heavens that our central midfield partnership is better than Gerrard and Lampard, Thornsy, else it could have been eight!
